Four Seasons of Leadership is a year-long, wilderness training that will challenge you into being the best leader you can be. The skills learned will be enriching and useful for personal, professional, and relationship growth.
Let the seeds of your vision, life purpose and innate gifts sprout and grow with the support of a group of talented, enthusiastic peers. Let your roots go deep and branches wide with the inspiration and challenge of skilled guides and mentors. Let your core and trunk be strengthened by the wisdom and experience of compassionate elders. Taste the fruits of your labors in a concluding giveaway project of your creation.
There will be four, ten-day long wilderness trainings (one for each season), and monthly in-person or zoom meetings. Additionally, you will dedicate time to personal study and practice, as well regular support calls with a fellow participant.
EACH SEASONAL MEETING OFFERS:
• Wilderness skills or crafts such as tracking, friction fire, basketry, etc.
• An inner or personal growth component.
• A practical, planning or organizational component.
• A creative, visionary or ceremonial component.

Who:
Any adult desiring to deepen their knowledge, practice, and facilitation of wilderness rites of passage and ceremonial work.
When: October 2025- September 2026
Dates and Location of In Person Meetings:
-October 2025 in the desert wilderness near Sister, Oregon.
-February 2026 on private wooded wilderness near Ashland, Oregon.
-April 2026 in desert wilderness near Sisters, Oregon.
-July 2026 on private wooded wilderness near Ashland, Oregon.

Cost:
Sliding scale from $6,500 - $13,000 for the year of classes and mentorship.
A non-refundable $1,000 deposit is required to reserve your spot and start your journey. There is no tiered pricing for this program. We can coordinate a payment plan with you. Please contact us for more details.

The giveaway project is your opportunity to develop a short wilderness ceremony-related project all your own utilizing the skills and knowledge gained over the Four Seasons of Leadership. Throughout the course of the year, you will be supported in the development of this project, which you will actually implement in the late summer/fall of 2023. You are expected to elect 2-3 mentors to witness your project and provide feedback utilizing our provided evaluation tools. These mentors may come from within or outside of the Four Seasons of Leadership.Our hope is that this giveaway project will become a well-developed program or offering that participants can continue to provide into the future (potentially even through Cascadia Quest!).

Between seasonal meetings, Cascadia Quest guides will provide you with specific practices to support the application and growth of the skills you’ve explored together, like “homework”. In addition to these practices, Track II participants will provide mentorship for Track I participants. There will be the opportunity to attend one optional, in-person session with Cascadia Quest guides each season, or speak with them on the phone to seek guidance and support in your practice. Check out the schedule below for additional details about these times for application practice.
